MIA Techniques and Five Agreements

Goal setting

All of the participants have goals, but the problem is that sometimes they do not fulfill their goals completely. The intention is to write the list of their goals in the journal they keep as part of the process.

Start Your Own Reflection

Participants kept a journal through out the process. First, they begin by writing their goals. Then, they monitor how they feel when doing the reflection exercise.

  • Checking in how I feel now? (I am sad, or angry, etc.)
  • Apply Ho’oponopono: Look at the sky and then say these phrases (in their mind or out loud): I am sorry; forgive me (because I want to change something I cannot change); I love you; and thank you.
  • Visualize how I want to feel now (I want to feel happy, and at peace, etc.)
