Goal setting

Journaling

  • Checking in how I feel now? (I am sad, or angry, etc.)
  • Apply Ho’oponopono: Look at the sky and then say these phrases (in their mind or out loud): I am sorry; forgive me (because I want to change something I cannot change); I love you; and thank you.
  • Visualize how I want to feel now (I want to feel happy, and at peace, etc.)
